The redevelopment required careful planning to adapt the existing structure while supporting both residential living and business use at street level.

The project included structural works such as the installation of new columns and the construction of a lift shaft serving the development via Broom Close and Claremont Lane.

The completed scheme successfully repurposes the former bank building into modern residential accommodation with ground-floor commercial units, supporting both town-centre living and local businesses.
