Broom Close began as a challenging site consisting largely of sloping garden land and a substantial earth mound. Following planning approval, the vision was to create seven luxury apartments with underground parking.
Delivering this scheme has required significant structural engineering and careful coordination. Over 400 loads of sand have been removed from site to enable excavation and formation works.
